Data we collect

Order data: email, name, optional company name, billing country, VAT number, vehicle plate (country and number), axle class, emission class, validity period.

Payment metadata: transaction id and status from PayPro Holding B.V. (credit card) (we never see the full card number).

Technical data: IP address, browser, language and consented analytics identifiers.

Purposes and legal bases

Performing the contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing your booking, sending the control code, invoicing.

Legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): accounting and tax records.

Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): fraud prevention, technical logs, abandoned‑order reminders.

Consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): analytics and advertising cookies, marketing emails.

Processors and third parties

Lovable Cloud / Supabase (EU region) — hosting and database (EU).

PayPro Holding B.V. (credit card) — credit card processing.

Moneybird B.V. (invoicing) — invoicing and PDF storage.

Resend, Inc. (transactional email) — transactional and reminder emails.

Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads — only with consent) — conversion measurement, only when consent is given.

The official Eurovignette portal (eurovignettes.eu) — to register the actual road‑user charge.

Retention

Order and invoice data: 7 years (Dutch Tax Code, art. 52 AWR).

Abandoned bookings: 7 days for abandoned bookings; personal data is then erased.

Technical logs: 90 days for technical/error logs.

Marketing consents: until withdrawn, plus a short evidence period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object. Send a request to info@eurovignetteservice.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch DPA, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
