Right of Withdrawal

Information for consumers on the statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal and its exception for services performed immediately.
Statutory right
As a consumer you normally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw
Send an unambiguous statement (e.g. email to info@eurovignetteservice.eu) stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below. The deadline is met if you send your communication before the 14‑day period has expired.
Effect
We refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method.
Exception — immediate performance of services
Pursuant to art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and the equivalent national implementation), the right of withdrawal lapses for services that are fully performed once you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.
At checkout you tick a separate checkbox confirming this. Because the Eurovignette is booked and the control code is sent within 24 hours after successful payment, the service is fully performed at that point and the right of withdrawal is exhausted.
Withdrawal button
You can request withdrawal at any time before the control code has been delivered by emailing info@eurovignetteservice.eu. We will stop processing and refund the full amount.
