General Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-06-25
These terms apply to every order placed via eurovignetteservice.eu.
1. Definitions
"We", "us": Mijn Afspraken B.V. (trading as Eurovignette Service). "Customer": the natural or legal person placing an order. "Eurovignette": the time‑based road‑user charge for vehicles in Luxembourg and Sweden.
2. Our role
We are an independent intermediary. We collect your details, validate them, and submit the Eurovignette booking on your behalf via the official channel. We are not the issuing authority.
3. Formation of contract
The contract is formed when you confirm your order with the binding payment button and we receive a successful payment confirmation from our payment provider.
4. Price and payment
The total price shown before the order button is the final price, including the Eurovignette amount, our service fee, and applicable VAT. Payment is processed exclusively by credit card via PayPro Holding B.V. (credit card).
5. Performance and delivery
We start processing immediately after payment. The control code (Eurovignette number) is delivered by email within 24 hours after successful payment. If a vehicle/plate cannot be registered, we refund the full amount.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. Because the service is performed immediately and is fully executed once the control code has been delivered, the customer expressly consents at checkout to immediate performance and waives the right of withdrawal upon full performance. See the Right of Withdrawal page.
7. Liability
We are liable only for direct damage caused by intent or gross negligence, capped at the order amount. We are not liable for the actions or decisions of the issuing authority or for incorrect data supplied by the customer.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to info@eurovignetteservice.eu. We respond within 14 days. Unresolved disputes can be submitted to the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent Court of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer rules designate another forum.
